My Versa stopped registering my heartbeat.

Have you tried restarting your device by pressing and holding the left button and bottom right button together for 15 secs (until you see the fitbit logo)?
Also on your Versa open the Settings app and find Heart Rate. If it is Off, change the setting to On.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this issue. If you are not seeing your heart rate information on your Versa, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provide there.

I have the same problem. It worked fine for many months and stopped recently.
I have restarted. I have turned on/off in the watch settings. NO change.
Now only seeing the 2 hyphens.

My Versa heart monitor worked fine for several months. Now I only see the 2 hyphens.
