Versa stopped responding after Fitbit logo came to screen

The fitbit logo showed up in the screen. Then is blinking on and off. Tried to reset by holding all 3 buttons for 3 minutes and no response from the device. Is this the end of my Versa?

I tried all the recommended action mentioned on similar posts. Nothing has help.
