I am having trouble with my versa not showing my heart rate anymore! I have reset, turned it off and back on but nothing! It will work for a bit after charging then stops🥺

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, monitor your Versa and see if it tracks your heart rate again.
