Versa stopped showing my heart rate

My heart rate is not showing up on my watch anymore, even after doing a factory reset the watch does not pick up my heartrate, i have checked that the hearrate auto setting is enabled but still not working

Thanks for the reply

Yes have been with there customer support, but there is not much support and the stuff they ask me to do does not fix the problem
So now a have an expensive step counter and watch telling me the time ☹

I had the same issue with my Versa 2. Customer Support walked me through a reset and the heart rate monitor still didn't work. Then my Versa 2 died within a day or 2. So very disappointed with the product.

morning, im still having a problem with my versa, the heartrate and even the sleep recording is not working on my watch now...

i have even tried doing a factory reset on the watch but this also does not help at all

phoned in to the customer support line and the guy on the line wanted me to do a factory reset and reload the app on my phone i have tried this mulitple times now, this dam watch still does not want to pick up my heartrate, so now i have a "basic" watch the can tell time and record steps!!!!!!!

I WILL NEVER BE BUYING ANOTHER FIT BIT PRODUCT AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Call Customer Support again. Ask to be elevated to a supervisor. Explain you've contacted customer support and followed all their instructions including a factory reset and the issue has not been resolved. Also let them know this has been reported as a known problem among many and the Twitter Fitbit Help said they are looking into the issue. And given there are so many having the problem it is clearly a defect and request a replacement. Hold your ground. That's what I did and they finally sent me a replacement. Best of luck!

has sent a complaint to fitbit but there service is so great im yet to get a reply from them!!!

have done a factory reset 5 times already and reloaded the app on my phone from scratch but the watch still does not work!!!

Guess its time to move to a better brand that will give better support and also better customer service
