Versa stopped synching with phone. No update on app, says bluetooth not available

My phone's blue tooth is on and working with several things as normal such as wireless printing, my two cars, and two headsets.  About four days ago there started to be inconsistent sycning with my phone.  I have reset my watch, turned blue tooth on and off, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, charged my Versa to full battery, as well as reset my Versa.  Nothing has worked yet.  Please advise.

This seems to be a very common thing with the versa. Not sure if there's a fix for it. It usually  just starts working again. I've only had mine a few weeks, and it has only worked perfectly for 2 days in a row and that was only once.
