Versa stopped syncing and connecting to Galaxy S7 bluetooth

My Versa stopped syncing a few wks. ago (I noticed the time was incorrect by a few minutes: today, it's now behind by 11 minutes). I have spent the past couple of hours reading through some of the forum answers for different Fitbits and tried the suggestions: Force Quit Versa, uninstalled & reinstalled Fitbit app today, powered phone off & back on; turned location services & bluetooth on & off, etc. No Luck: Please Help! Thanks so much😊.

I had the same issue a while back, and had a terrible experience with Fitbit customer service. Then, my phone stopped syncing to my Hatch device, and they noted that my phone version was no longer supported by Android. I ended up getting a new phone.
