I have an Android and ever since the 5th, the app has stopped syncing my heart rate. It is still tracking my BPM on the watch however it is not in the app. I would love some help!

@Sammy_LeDerp, I'm sorry for the late response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community. I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not syncing your heart rate to your Fitbit Dashboard. By the way, thank you for providing a screenshot of your Dashboard.
Please let me know what is the brand and model of your Android device. Also, let me know if your watch is syncing the rest of the stats (steps, calories, floors, etc).
In the meantime, make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version installed. If the app is up to date, try logging out of the app, restart your phone, open the app and log in. Finally, monitor your watch during the next 24 hours and see if it syncs your heart rate.
Looking forward to your response.

Hello! @JuanJoFitbit
I have an Android, a Google Pixel 3. It is still syncing all other stats,
such as steps.
The only time when it will send the stats to the app is when I restart the
actual Fitbit watch. Otherwise, nothing has changed over 24 hours. The app
is fully up to date.

I am having the same issue this morning. It stopped tracking my heart rate for an hour then started again. There is a big gap in the app. Then I logged an entire workout and have no heart rate for it. I was wearing the watch the entire time. Now I have another gap. Seems like the watch is only logging the heart rate sometimes? Have restarted and repaired the watch. Not fix.
