Versa stopped syncing steps per hour to my dashboard.

My Versa stopped syncing my steps per hour to my dashboard.  This has never happened before.  My versa has all my hours ticked off but not the dashboard and to a slightly ocd person like me it's a little disconcerting lol. HELP!  P.S. everything else seems to be syncing.

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. This will refresh your tracker internally. After this, monitor your tracker and see if your steps per hour get synced to your Dashboard.

Yes it all came back after I reset it. I was glad about that, but I am confused about why it happened in the first place. Also bummed because I had to reset everything which meant I had to remember how to do it all. Lol Anyway back up and running. Thank you

@ktavaglione I'm so glad to hear that your Versa Lite is syncing properly again. I believe it was a little glitch in the system. However, don't hesitate to get back if you see something unusual with your Versa.
