Got my Versa 2 for Christmas and all was working fine until yesterday. I can't get phone to sync w watch. No texts or calls coming in either. Ive restarted watch, reinstalled app, trouble shot w customer care...all they can tell me is LG G7 has not been tested and I "may" have trouble off and on syncing. Not any trouble until yesterday! Please fix! I really like my Versa 2....when it was working...

@DreaStahlhoefer, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 stopped syncing with your LG G7. I'm also sorry to hear that this device is not in the supported devices list. I totally understand how you feel about this.
I would like you to submit a compatibility request in our Feature Suggestions board and people can vote for it. The more votes your request gets, the more chances it will have to be reviewed by our engineering team.
