Samsung S9+; The versa stopped syncing to the phone. After hours of troubleshooting it I did the factory reset to start over but now it's just blinking. How long is the blinking process before I start the process over again?

Hey @SunsetRunner, welcome to the Community.
Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. If your Versa isn't syncing, I recommend taking a look at the Why won't my Fitbit device sync? article and follow the instructions provided there. Once you sync your Versa the time will go back to normal.
Also, keep in mind that in order to have a successful connectivity, your phone needs to be a compatible mobile device. If it isn't compatible, it doesn't mean that it won't sync with your Fitbit, just that might experience some connectivity issues. You can always try the instructions I provided but I don't guarantee it will work 100%.
About the blinking, can you please be more specific about it?

Often when we can't make things works we forget about the fact that anything that's man made needs time to correct itself. I took your advice and others from this group and it start syncing perfectly. I stopped turning my bluetooth off when I get in the truck with my family(long story) and that helps too.

My Versa stopped syncing, I deleted the device and am trying to add it back. Got a check for found device, but it’s still circles with the “connecting to Tracker”
I even tried pressing the left and bottom right at the same time to see if that changes. Still not connecting??

I have an IPhone and my Versa stopped syncing. I ended up trying most of the recommendations in the link. Ultimately, I deleted the app from my phone and re-installed it. When I logged back in to the app, my Versa synced with my phone. If this happens again, I will first try logging out of the app and back in before deleting the app. What a pain!

I am having the same issue and it's really getting annoying. For what we pay for these things they should work perfectly. Hope we both can find a solution...and before I throw mine in the trash. 🤬
