Versa stopped tacking my steps and heart rate data

My versa just stopped counting my steps this evening, heart rate tracking has stopped too. Followed all advise on the fitbit conmunity and they're still not working. I have had the versa 7 months and this is the first problem I have had with it.

I’m having the same problem. I’ve called 3x & it’s still not working. Very frustrating

I called today and when the factory reset and other recommended advice didn't work I called back, they offered me a replacement as its still in warranty.  Email for the replacement came through when I was still on the call.  Hopefully you can get sorted too. 👍
