Hi, did you already try to restart your Versa 2 several times by pressing and holding the left button untill the Fitbit logo appears? If not, try it, cause that will be one of the first questions Customer Support will ask you to do. Before contacting CS, also try this: clean the contacts of your charger and watch. Also try another USB port or a wall outlet with an approved charger. If none of these suggestions solve your problem, contact Customer Support ASAP. Regards kuzibri

@Tahix welcome to our Fitbit Community! By the way, I'm sorry for the late response. However, I'd like to follow up on the charging issues that your Fitbit Versa is experiencing.
I would just like to know if the issue persists or if it got resolved after following the troubleshooting steps that shared @SunsetRunner.
If you found his post helpful, please accept it as a solution so other users that experience the same issue can find it easier.
See you later! 😀

I'm having the same issue. I tried all the above. I'm out of town so my husband is sending me another charger if that doesn't work I will be calling CS. Fitbit is less than 6 months old. Very disappointing.

@Lisa999 thank you for joining us in this thread and our Fitbit Community! I totally understand how frustrating this is for you. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa won't take a charge even though after trying the recommended troubleshooting steps.
Let me know if your Versa takes a charge with the new charger.
Keep me posted.
