Versa stopped telling me my sleep and workout score

I recently had a replacement for my fitbit versa and my old one use to show my sleep from previous night and the workout which I had completed either that day or the previous (depending when I last worked out). Now it's completely blank and doesn't show anything, I have to sync my device and look at the app rather than the watch itself. I've tried to find it by logging into a computer but I can't see it. I can't find a topic which finds the fix, any help with this would be appreciated as it's really annoying when my old one did it.

Regarding the sleep and workout tracking issues that your Versa experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat recently. I would like to follow up and would like to know if the issues persist or if they got resolved.
