My versa has stopped showing my BPM on clock face. Does not record active minutes or sleep! Tried settings as per help and even reset it but no luck. Emailed Fitbit support 5 days ago but no response. Need some help 😫

Regarding the heart rate, sleep and active minutes tracking issues that your Fitbit Versa has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they will reply to your recent email soon in order to follow up and assist you accordingly. Please keep an eye on your email account.
