My versa had been giving me active minutes until a week ago. Now no matter what exercise I do, it registers as no active minutes ( examples of exercises biking, lifting weights, walk/jog, push mowing mower). I factory reset the Versa, disconnected versa from iphone, and it still shows no active minutes. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Has anyone gotten a solid answer as to solving the active minutes problem? My Versa won’t track active minutes even after 45 minutes of cardio!

I have the exact same problem. My company tracks steps and minutes for our health plan. My husband has a different model and has no issues. I can never get minutes.. ever! Manual tracking does not count. Only what is in the device.

I contacted Fitbit for help and they had me restart and do a factory reset to no avail. My versa was out of warranty, so they offered me a complimentary 25% off for a new device. I’ve ordered the Versa 2. I hope this doesn’t happen with my new device.

I ended up contacting online support. They attempted trouble shooting and then agreed to send me a versa 2 since mine was still under warranty. The 'new' Versa 2 stopped taking a charge with in one day. Contacted support again and they had me send it back expedited shipping, I did right away. Its bern almost 2 weeks now, and I still have not heard back from them and support is giving me the run around. I still have no resolve, and no answers.

Same thing happened to me. It stopped recording active minutes on Saturday. I went for a 4 mile walk yesterday and there was no active minutes recorded. It is also not recording my calories burned correctly.

Same here!! I can see all the details if I log in on the computer but not on the app...very annoying and not doing the job it's supposed to!!

My versa 2 recorded a fraction of my active minutes yesterday and today I got 0 minutes.
Please advise how to correct it.
Thank you. Jane

I have done the reset as well like 4 times then I had them replace it. I got a new one like 2 days ago and same thing I’m not happy about this. What have you done??

I contacted support and they told me to do a factory reset, which has worked. If you going into settings on your fitbit you should be able to do it. But recently I found that the active minutes have been fixed but it’s not tracking my sleep anymore 😑.

My fitbit was registering active minutes until i updated it today. I just did a 60minute fadt walk uphil where my gos map shows fat burn and cardio and average heart rate 116. At my age this usually gives me a 60 minute actove minutes..today i got zero despite my gos map showing i did fat burn and cardio.

Hello! I am having the exact same issue as these folks. No active minutes, calories burned inaccurate and my weight records appear to change drastically every day... I currently weight 11 lbs.
I have gone through every recommendation that has come up in this thread to no avail. I love my watch and I would like it to work properly again. Thank you.

Hi
I spent ages on tge chat line yesterday. Was cut off twice.
I was having
problems with the app as well.
The guy told me it could be an issue with the heart tracker syncing.. I did notice on the app that my heart rate was not registering either much of the time.
He told me to turn off the heart tracking in the srttings on my versa itself. Sync it on the app then turn on again.
I did this and it seems to be working.
Before I had
Unibstalled the app
Restarted my fitbit
Taken fitbit off the app and put on again.
The featires work differently with this ipdate for sure and the activity is persinally calculated to you as an individual. I did a test walk yesterday and it seemed right but i need to test it again today.
Steps etc all worked ok. And my app wirks now. I delered an activity that wouldnt sync priperly and now its ok.
I hope you get it to work.
And I hipe fitbit look into it because there is definitely an issue with this update
