Does anyone else have issues with their versa not tracking their active minutes?

@NickyD1 welcome to our Fitbit Community. By the way, I'm sorry for the late response. However, I'd like to follow up on the issue that your Versa is experiencing since it's not tracking your active minutes.
Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page which explains how your watch tracks active minutes and make sure to follow the tips listed. Finally, monitor your Versa for the next 24 hours and see if it tracks your active minutes properly.

I have recently switched to verse lite from the blaze and my active minutes are extremely low compared to my last Fitbit ???? Also on the back out of the 4 blinking lights the third one is only one lighting is this normal???
