Versa stopped tracking heart or sleep

I have factory reset my Versa 2 at least 8 times.  Will track heart rate for about an hour then quit again. . Doesn’t ever track sleep anymore. Help.

God morning. None of this works at all !! Restarted the watch. And factory reset. Nothing seems to get it back on track
