Recently my Fitbit Versa stopped tracking my heart rate. I went online to the forums and tried the troubleshooting process; resetting, turning on and off, etc. Nothing has solved the problem. A few days later I noticed that my watch was dying constantly. I used to have it for 2-3 days, now it lasts about 4 hours at 100% charge. I have tried the recommendations on the forums and nothing has solved my issue - if anything, it made it worse. Every time I charge the Fitbit, the time resets and I have to connect my phone to update it. This was never an issue before. I never swim with it or shower with it. I have had it less than 2 years. What can be done?

the same happened for me, it's the second versa 2, at the first I had problems with the screen it was full of stripes now at the second the heart sensor doesn't work anymore and the battery discharges very quickly. I reset it, switch off, on, does not need to be updated, it has the latest version .... I don't know what to do. His wife's second tracker3 also died .... the same problems as the first corrupted display. I think we are not lucky with fitbit product

My husband and I both have versas. My battery would Last for about two days, by husbands would Last about four days. But on the same day, both of them started having battery issues and wouldn’t last even one day. Now neither will connect to the Fitbit app.
