Versa stopped tracking heart rate and sleep

The watch does not measure pulse or sleep. Do not blink at the bottom. Is it a reason to complain?

@Zuza25 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't track your heart rate and sleep.

 

Please follow the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this monitor your heart rate and sleep for the next 48 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
