Versa stopped tracking heart rate and steps

My Versa stopped counting my steps and tracking my heart rate entirely about a week ago. I have restarted my Versa several times and have reviewed all setting etc but nothing seems to work.

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article in order to fix the heart rate tracking issue. This article contains the restart process but you can skip it and proceed with the rest. After this, check out this help page which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your steps.

 

Finally, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if it tracks your steps and heart rate properly.

Hi Juan,

 

I followed the instructions set out in the help article and waited 24 hours but unfortunately my Fitbit still isn't tracking my heart rate at all.

Mine is doing the extract same thing. Says 0 steps and no heart rate. It also previously wasn’t keeping a charge. It is keeping a charge after the update but I followed the suggestions and still no heart rate or steps.
