Versa stopped tracking heart rate and steps

Heartrate and steps counter on my fitbit versa device has stoped working.

I don't see flashing light on the back of the watch also.

Even my reminder to move every hour is stoped.

I shut down the device and turn on

My heartrate feature is on 

I sync so many time 

this issue happen after the update I had.

please help.
