Hey guys,
so my Fitbit was working great until a week ago when it stopped picking up my HR.
yes, I have tried all the suggestions on the help Fitbit website: I have reset it, I’ve synced it, I’ve shut it down, I’ve tried wearing the watch in different positions on my wrist, I’ve checked the HR settings and they are definitely on auto detect. Then I noticed today that the green light on the back (I’m assuming the sensor) isn’t even on anymore?
how can this be resolved?

Try a Factory Reset. Swipe left to Settings, then About and then Factory Reset.

Regarding the heart rate tracking issue that your Versa is experiencing, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they will reply to your email soon in order to follow up and provide a solution. Keep an eye on your email account.
