Versa stopped tracking heart rate

My heart rate tracker on my versa is not working. Yesterday, during my workout, I noticed that it was stuck on a number and not tracking my exercise. I did a hard reset following that and now I have no heart rate reading. I have toggled the on/off heart rate display on my watch. I have restarted it multiple times. I have charged it. I don’t know what else I could do.. but I am getting frustrated. Any help please?

I have same problem. Versa not tracking heart rate for last a few days. Noticed that the green laser is not working. Tried various things, restarting, factory reset etc. Nothing worked.
