I have had my versa since a little over 6 months ago. On Monday it all of a sudden stopped tracking my heart rate. The light that is against my wrist isn't lighting up anymore. I have tried restarting my fitbit. Removing the heart rate tracking syncing and adding it back and syncing. I don't know what else to do or how to fix this problem.

Hi there. I’ve had the same problem for the past two days. My versa is 18 months old and I’ve never had a problem before now. What did they advise to fix this issue? Many thanks
