I have updated my Versa - now the heart rate monitor doesn't work at all - updated it 02/05/2020 and nor 03/05/2020 it doesn't work.

 

Is there anyway to remove the update??

 

I workout 3 times a day, 25 minutes, before it showed I was burning 200 calories each time - now I've burnt 25?

I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa stopped tracking heart rate. Regarding your question, I'm afraid that the firmware can't be removed or go back to the previous version.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. Please get back to them with the reference number in case the issue persists and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.
