I have tried every suggestion in forum and read every comment on heart rate monitor stopping after firmware update and still do not have an answer! Don’t know if it is worth calling customer service or not at this point. This is my third Fitbit and not sure I’ll buy another. We are afraid to update my husband’s Iconic and have this same problem as mentioned in forum! Please help!
