Versa stopped tracking my active zone minutes

I need help. I've noticed in the last couple of days that I'm getting practically no zone minutes in comparison to what I was getting a few days ago. I'm not sure exactly when it happened but I think it was since the last update. Is it not tracking? Has it changed how it tracks? I did a brisk walk for an hour an got 9 zone minutes??! Wth is that about?
