My versa has decided not to count my flights of stairs today. so far I have done 4 but it shows 0. Is there a way to manually update my flights?

Hi there @SassySue16, it's nice to see you around the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa stopped tracking your floors today, I understand where your concern is coming from. I'll be glad to answer your inquiry and help you.
Regarding your Versa not tracking floors, keep in mind that it tracks floors by measuring changes in air pressure through a small hole in the back of the Versa. If this hole becomes blocked then it can cause this problem.
With that being said, please try cleaning it with by following these steps: How do I clean my Fitbit device?
Don't forget that Fitbit devices that count floors have a small hole (altimeter sensor) on the back of the device so please don’t insert any items, such as paper clips, into this hole as you can damage your device.
About manually logging your floors, currently there's no way to do so. For more information, see: How do I add, edit, or delete Fitbit data and activities?

I did a reset by holding the button on the left and the bottom button on the right until the fitbit logo came on. It is now tracking my stairs again.
