Versa stopped tracking my heart rate and sleep data

My Versa has no flickering lights. 
The heart rate shows as “- -”

It has stopped tracking my sleep as well. 
Steps I have tried:
1. Reboot (thrice, more than thrice)

2. Factory reset

 

Got the Versa in 2019 & I use an iPhone X, if this information is of any use. 

Please help!

They were no help. They replaced my fitbit and it still didn't work for
about a week, I almost gave up and looked at buying an Apple watch and then
all of a sudden it started working and it's been working since.

Still nothing….  What did ya’all do?
  I’m not buying a new Fitbit.    I’ll go to an iPhone watch.  Crazy how so many ppl have issues.

Mine is only 3 days old I have no health basics and no sleep data 

I am still using my garmin HR watch as well its old but works fine I wanted the features that versa 2 offered but I read that it hasn't been working for people since 28th June 

Support on here is dismal they say the same old things as if we are all idiots

My watch was under warranty so they said it needed to be replaced. I said
I don't think it's the watch, it's your software. They sent me a new watch
and sure enough, that one didn't work either. I was about ready to buy an
apple watch when a week later, it started to work. I assumed they did a
software update but I have no idea. Support is no help. I will not be
buying another fitbit either. I'm waiting until the warranty runs out and
then going to buy an apple watch.

My Fitbit is doing the exact same thing. I called customer support and tried everything they told me with no avail.

Do they not track these communities? There is a large number of us with
this same complaint. I hope mine still keeps track and doesn't decide to
stop here soon.

This is happening to my fitbit versa2 same as all the others on this forum I have tried every option to fix it the internet can offer and it is still not working.

I have exactly the same issue on my Versa 2. The heart rate monitor has stopped working, tried turning Heart Rate Monitoring OFF/ON in settings, and have reset the device several times, and all the other steps... no good.

This happened to me to , and I have mixed feelings about it. On one hand I'm glad I'm not going crazy and others have experienced the same thing, bit on the other its rather off putting that this seems to be a know issue and fitbit isn't doing anything to rectify it. Might have to start researching other fitness watches.

I unfortunately gave up on the versa and switched over to apple. They are expensive and I have also had a problem with the watch crashing but they certainly do have a fantastic service team who fixed the issue there and then.
