  • My versa just stopped tracking my heart rate and sleep. I have restarted, restored to factory settings and made sure it is on in settings.....help😔

Hi @Von29 - check for the flashing lights on the back of the watch if these are not working when the watch is turned on after a factory reset but the watch is partially working otherwise it is likely to be faulty.

 

If it accumulated moisture inside it may get hot when charging, if so, stop immediately as it is dangerous.

 

If the Heart Rate sensor is not working it can't track sleep.
