The sensor on my Versa just stopped working. The lights from the sensor are not on either. I've tried all the suggested fixes. Reseting, restarting, nothing works. My metrics are all messed up. Please help!

This is sooo strange but the heartrate function on my fitbit verse that I bought in 2018 stopped a couple of days ago -- no green light on the back. I've chatted with the helpchat and did a factory reset but the light is still not functioning. I'm waiting for a reply form customer support -- but I think it means buying a new smartwatch. I was hoping they might have a trade in policy -- please post if you find a solution, thanks karen

It was acting funny all week with zone minutes and then yesterday, no more heart rate. Nothing has worked, I've tried resetting, restarting, turning things on abd off, nothing. Interestingly enough, I purchased this fitbit in December 2018. I think this is it...
