Shortly after getting a new versa, the heart rate stopped working in the middle of a day. I've restarted, factory reset, etc but no joy. The lights are still active on the back, but nothing is reading.

Please follow the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, monitor your hear rate and see if the issue gets fixed.

I went through all the steps and additional links I could see, but no change in the heart rate monitor. Still no readings.

This happened to me as well.. then the whole thing stopped working. Just got a replacement through fitbit as it was still under warranty. give them a call.

My versa lite heart beat had never worked I’ve tried everything to turn it on.
