My versa has completely stopped finding my heart rate. Has this happened for anyone else?

Hi @Ashlea1969, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it stopped tracking your heart rate.

 

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, monitor your watch during the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

Yes it happened to me too. Contacted fitbit. Did a soft reset  and then did a factory reset. Still not worked and I have replied to the email from fitbit yesterday but not had a response
