Versa stopped tracking my heart rate

The heart rate continually shows 64. Also, the green lights on the back of the device are not lighting up as they should.

I tried turning on and off the heart monitoring functionality and syncing with the mobile app and shutting down the device and restarting --- over and over. Nothing helps.

Please help.

Hello @DRS1 and welcome to the Community.  Since you restarted your Versa 2 several times and the LEDs haven't come back on, you should contact Support for more help.
