Hello!
My Versa 2 is no longer capturing my heart rate. There are no lights on the heart rate sensor turning on. I’m worried the sensor is dead. 😞 The device isn’t very old so I will be getting a different brand going forward if that’s the case… Which is a bummer since I’ve been happy with my Versa until now and loved my old Alta.
I’ve already cleaned the sensor.
I've restarted the Fitbit.
I’ve turned off and on the heart rate sensor on the Fitbit itself.
I cannot turn it on/ off in the app as it doesn’t appear to have that option anymore?
I’ve seen this issue in a few other posts but no one seems to have a solution.

Mine just started doing the same thing. I also tried all the trouble shooting and no luck.
