Hello folks
All of a sudden, my faithful Versa stopped measuring my Heart rate. It's the first model (I bought it back in 2019). It doesn't even show the green light on my wrist, or even if I am not wearing it, and I put a finger near the sensor. What I've done so far, without being able to fix it?
* turn the device on/off again
* turn off/on the heart monitor, and manually syncing again
* firmware upgrade (to 32.72.1.19)
* factory reset...
Nothing seems to work. Any idea?
P.S. I always wear it, for cycling, running, swimming... I usually only take it off to recharge.
Nothing has worked so far
