Hi, is the green light of the HR sensor on the back of the watch still functioning? Tracking your Sleep needs an accurate HR reading, especially the resting HR. When your HR is not functioning properly, Sleep will either be logged wrongly or not at all. Did you restart your Versa several times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill the Fitbit logo shows and release the buttons. If no, give it a try, might needs to be done sometimes 4 to 5 times. If yes, contact Customer Support about this.
