I had been using my sleep tracking and benefitted from the information. For the past two months I have only gotten the basic sleep details. I have worked with support in chat and their solutions ranged from turning HR off and on with a quick restart to a factory reset. I spent hours trying to fix this problem with no results. I am now looking at Garmin and Samsung products. Anyone able to fix this issue? I feel like Fitbit doesn't know how to solve it.
