My sleep was logged the first night I used it. It has not worked since. I've watched YouTube's and checked forums but I'm not getting an answer on how to fix it.

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, check out this help article which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your sleep and make sure to follow the steps listed in order to have your sleep tracked properly.
Finally, monitor your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.
