Versa stopped tracking sleep and heart rate

Hi, as the subject line indicates, my device has stopped recording my sleep pattern completely. On my dashboard it indicates the 'Sensitive' option so it's still there. I am wearing it correctly and have restarted the device. It used to flash lights on the back when it was working correctly but now it doesn't. Any suggestions to get it working correctly please?

It is still counting steps, but not heartbeat.

Hi @LizzyLou1960, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since since it stopped tracking heart rate and sleep. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

I'd like you to try a factory reset. To do so on your device, follow the steps below:

  1. On the device, hold all three buttons for about 10 to 12 seconds.
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears, quickly release the bottom right button, continuing to hold down the left and top right buttons (releasing the bottom right button as soon as the logo disappears is time sensitive).
  3. When the device vibrates, release all buttons.
  4. Wait for approximately 1-2 minutes while the device clears all data. Eventually, the Fitbit logo appears and the device boots and displays Fitbit.com/setup.
  5. Set up your watch from scratch

After this, follow the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. Finally, monitor your watch for the next 48 hours and see if it tracks your heart rate and sleep properly.

Keep me posted on the outcome.
