I've had my versa for a couple weeks and it was working fine until Wednesday 5/9. Since then, I do not get my reminders to move and even if I have had 250 steps in an hour, that activity is not updated in the app. Also, the app is not displaying sleep activity since Wednesday. And the app is not displaying heart rate stats since Wednesday. If it weren't for the overall steps, my app looks like my versa has been sitting on a shelf for 4 days.
Finally, my versa is not buzzing when notifications come thru. The notifications are there, they just aren't letting me know when they arrive. Again, all these things were working until 5/9/18.
Troubleshooting steps I have tried: I have unpaired and re-paired my bluetooth, I have cleared the apps cache, I have tried shutting down the versa and restarting. I have not done a factory reset.

Hi @valeriehash, good to see you again. It's been a few days since you shred the issues you were experiencing with your Fitbit Versa. My apologies for the late response and certainly this behavior is not normal, additionally that you already tried some troubleshooting steps on your own.

I just replaced my new Versa cause the battery was dying within 24 hours. Now my 2nd new one is having these issues - no tracking of sleep, hourly activity or active minutes. I’m guessing it was a mistake to go to the Versa. Anyone figure out the cure, or is it time for another return?

My husband is thinking I should just get an Iwatch. I’m thinking that may be the best solution too
