Versa stopped tracking sleep

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Bought my Versa back in January and all worked fine out of the box. Automatic sleep tracking worked perfectly until September. Since then I no longer wake up to see the stats, I only see the ‘how well did you sleep?’ tile with no sleep data. It kind of works using the manual sleep logging but wasn’t as accurate. Anyone else had this issue and managed to solve it? I’ve done numerous factory resets and updated firmware etc. Any help would be great.

Just happened to me. I’ve tried their restart a few times scenario and nothing. ☹️ Reading about a lot of people having the same problem with Fitbit repeatedly just copy and pasting the same redundant fixes and then posting it’s been solved🤦‍:female_sign:

I recently started having the same issue with my sleep not being recorded. I’ve done all the suggested reboots, resets, adjusted the band, etc. - to no avail. After reading through dozens and dozens of forums, it doesn’t appear there is a fix for this? Very frustrating....
