Versa stopped tracking steps and active minutes

Hi All

since this morning my active minutes and steps keep decreasing. I will get to approx. 2600 then it will drop to around 1900. Active minutes gets to 10 mins then drops back to zero. This is happening all the time today. I have switched on and off etc.

Any tips please?
