Hi

 

my Versa Fitbit is starting to not count my steps. Even went running around the garden and nothing lol. Anyone else had this issue? 

 

Ive shut down the device and my Fitbit but my heart rate disappeared and steps aren’t being counted on and off.

@Parry247 welcome to our Fitbit Community! By the way, I'm sorry for the late response. However, I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it stopped tracking your steps and heart rate properly even though you have shut it down and turned it on again.

 

I'd like you to restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, follow the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help page. This article contains the restart process but you can skip it if you already tried it. Finally, monitor your Versa and see if it tracks your steps and heart rate properly.
