My versa watch is not counting my steps and also sometimes either has no heartbeat or detects my heart at 130 which I know is not right. Has anyone experienced this before? What do I do? Thanks.

Hi @KRB88 , restart your Versa three times by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit Logo and release the buttons. Furthermore a question: are you using a Third Party Clock Face? If yes, change it to one developed by Fitbit itself and see if that solves your problem. After changing the clock, restart your Versa once. Regards kuzibri

Hi, I too am having issues since towards the end of last year with my Fitbit sometimes failing to count steps at all - I'm on the move either walking or even dancing and it its not counting my steps. I've even restarted it on numerous times and it seems to fix it for a little while before it then stops counting steps. Please advise what I should do (its a Versa).  Also some of my friends with different devices such as Charge as well as the Versa are having similar issues, so not sure if this is all related to a previous update - mine is currently 32.70.7.14.

My fitbit Versa stopped tracking my steps and the battery is draining in less than 12 hours.  Both of these just started suddenly in the past 2 days. I tried resetting the Fitbit 3 times, I am using a Fitbit Clock face.

I also shut down my iPhone and intially after doing that, steps counted for about an hour, then stopped again.  This is the second day.

thank you
