Versa stopped transferring heart rate to my phone after the 11May20 update.

This has been happening quite frequently in the past.

Hi @Lairs, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I would like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it stopped syncing your heart rate data to your phone.

I would like to know if your watch itself does show your heart rate information. Also, let me know if your watch syncs the rest of the data (steps, calories burned, distance, etc)

In the meantime, restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if it syncs your heart rate data properly.

Keep me posted on the outcome.

My watch does show the current heart rate, but the heart rate fails to
transfer to my phone's Fitbit app. All other info from the Watch transfers.

Hi @Lairs, thank you for getting back and trying the restart process. Since the issue persists, I'd like you to try one more workaround, which has been helpful for this type of issues.

Try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Sync your watch before this in order to avoid losing current data.

After this, set up your watch from scratch and see if your heart rate readings get transferred properly.

Let me know how it goes.

The factory reset seems to be working for now. I tired this once before.
Heart rate transfers seem to start having problems after Fitbit updates.
Hopefully, this last reset works.
Thank you,
Lairs
