I did the tracker update then went swimming using the tracker. When I stopped swimming the tracker wouldn’t turn off so couldn’t see anything only the tracker . Tried to reset phone wouldn’t Turn off. Left phone for 3 days then seemed to start working, then used the bike tracker and again & phone again would not stop tried again to reset but it wouldn't Now phone won’t work it’s lost time and won’t reset Very annoying!

Mine won’t restart, now I can’t get it reconnected to the app because I can’t get the code on the screen. I’ve done the update. This thing is less than 9 months old! help!!
