Versa stopped turning on and taking a charge

Evening all,

Having trouble with my Versa. It stopped work nearly a week ago, I had this trouble a few months ago and did the reset by holding down the buttons and it worked.

This time however it's not working. I've left it a few days to run the battery down tried charging and then tried the reset trick but still nothing. Anyone had this problem before?  Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

@Clucker26 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not turning on nor taking a charge. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article also contains the restart process but you can skip it since you already tried it. After trying the rest of the troubleshooting steps, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours and see if it gets back to life.

Keep me posted on the outcome! Smiley Happy

The same thing happened to me about a month ago.  13 month old Fitbit stopped taking a charge and eventually went dead.  I ended up having to get a new one and since it was out of warranty by a month, I was out of luck.  At least support gave me a discount link though.
