Versa stopped turning on and won't track HR

Is anyone else having issues with their Versa. Another colleague and I cannot get our Versa to turn on.   It isn't recording my heart rate, but when I log into my account on the website, it's recording my steps.

 

Anyone else having this issue?

@cyclegirl1212 it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with yours and your friend Versa watches since they're not turning their display on.

 

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watches for 2-3 hours and see if they come back to life.

 

Regarding the heart rate issue, please follow the troubleshooting tips described in this help page.

This didnt work. Its fully charged and shows on my fitbit app that it is. Ive tried holding the buttons...nothing. What should i do now?

Mine is doing the same thing. Fully charged, no screen. Nothing happens after following the troubleshooting tips

Not happy with fitbit at all. My husband fitbit charge 3 stopped working all together after only a couple months. More and more issues listed on "Community Board". Loved it when it was working but very disappointed in the overall performance considering what it costs.
