Versa stopped working. Faulty product no accountability

Today my versa died. I have had it for 2 years ish. The screen just stopped working and had many issues in the hours leading up to its death. I take good care of it other than a couple surface scratches that were my fault. Now my watch won’t turn on and the screen started to glitch out before it finally bit the dust. I contacted support they offered me 25% off for a new one when nothing was wrong until their product became faulty because it was outside of warranty they don’t want to replace it. Doesn’t seem fair that I paid a premium for a smart watch and when the watch dies due to a faulty screen they want me to buy more of their products. Very poor business left a bitter taste in my mouth. If nothing can be resolved they have lost my business and won’t get any praise where I go. Where can I get some real costumer service?

Sorry but if you didn't agree with the warranty, why was it purchased. Or why wasn't the extended warranty purchased.

If my car or washing machine is out of warranty, I would not expect a free repair.

It’s more along the lines of the product was an issue. If this was an Apple iPhone and the phone stopped working because of the the products inability to function they would replace it because it’s faulty. It worked one day and the next it didn’t nothing changed physically

Also I looked up how long I actually had the product and it was 16 months

If your car stopped working because of something that was purely a manufacturing issue would you pay to take it to the shop
